We want you to love your Lo & Sons bag, but if it is not the perfect fit, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or FedEx return shipping label and print it directly from your browser.
Pack Your Bag
Carefully place the unused item back in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective hardware films are intact.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
